  • Limited License: Personal/commercial use per product terms (no resale, redistribution)
  • Prohibited: Sharing links, reverse engineering, modifying for resale, sublicensing
  • Download limits: 5 attempts, links expire in 7 days

User Accounts

  • Provide accurate information during registration
  • Keep passwords secure; you are responsible for account activity
  • We may suspend/terminate accounts for violations without notice
  • No refunds for terminated accounts

Payments & Orders

  • Prices in INR + applicable GST
  • All sales final (see Refund Policy)
  • Secure payment processors (Stripe, Razorpay, PayPal)
  • We are not liable for payment processor issues

Intellectual Property

  • All Site content (designs, code, products) owned by PSDXY.STORE
  • Trademarks, logos protected; no unauthorized use
  • User content grants us non-exclusive license for display

Prohibited Activities

  • Unauthorized sharing of download links
  • Bulk downloading/scraping
  • Harassment or illegal activities

Limitation of Liability
Site and products provided “AS IS” without warranties. Liability limited to purchase price. No responsibility for indirect damages, lost profits, or data loss.

Termination
We may terminate access anytime for violations. You may stop using Site anytime.

Governing Law
Indian law applies. Disputes resolved by arbitration in Chennai, India.
